CHECK IN
Warm welcome upon arrival at hotel with refreshing welcome drink and relaxing sound of bamboo gamelan. A separate group check in desk can be organized exclusively.
HOSPITALITY DESK AT HOTEL
A hospitality desk will be set up at the hotel to assist participants throughout their program with flight reconfirmation, tour and dine around reservations and to provide general information about Bali.
Event Organizer’s will provide two staffs member on complimentary basis.
SEANET CONVENTION 2014 AMATEUR RADIO STATION
Amateur radio stations will be set up in the SEANET Convention 2014 venue and it will use a special call sign, YB42SEA.
This station will be on the air from 14 to 17 November 2014.
All SEANET Convention 2014 participants are welcome to operate it.
WELCOME DINNER
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of Republic of
Indonesia together with ORARI are welcoming to all SEANET Convention 2014 participants in the welcome dinner.
